COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES
We have heard a lot about ‘the next or new normal’, everyone seems to have an opinion about what work will look like as a result of COVID-19, but are we being too idealistic to believe that people will change so drastically from the normal we are used to?
If behavioural science teaches us anything, it’s that humans are creatures of habit; we don’t like change and often won’t change… therefore, is the ‘new normal’ just an experience that we’re accepting until a vaccine is found and the world returns to the ‘old normal’ that we’re used to?
As HR Leaders, we are uniquely positioned to use this time for embedding change in our workplace, but to what extent? What are the specific new behaviours we want to stick with in the future?
