In this webinar, Resile’s Director, Dr Rob McCartney, a physician who has specialised in the field of Occupational Medicine for over 20 years, will discuss ways in which workplaces can quickly and effectively assess the vulnerability of their workers and develop a management plan tailored to their role, risk level and the company’s internal policies.

Rob is a physician who has specialised in the field of Occupational and Environmental Medicine for over 20 years. Dr McCartney's career goals are to maximise the health, wellbeing and productivity of working people and minimising the human health impacts from industrial practices.
He assists organisations to gain better understanding of the interactions between environment and human health, the role of the environment in causing or mediating disease and the impact that industry may be having on the environment and population health through physical, chemical, biological and psychosocial factors.
Dr McCartney is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine with the Royal Australian College of Physicians and past president of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine.
He has extensive experience working with clients in many industries, including mining, energy, manufacturing, transport and petrochemical.
