COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES
How are HR Leaders supporting organisational resilience beyond immediate disruption?
Be part of shaping a resilient future for your organisation.
Explore what the emerging COVID Economy means for your organisation in terms of opportunity, risk and innovation. Discover what you, as an HR leader, can do now to support your organisation to change ahead of change and to be ready to leverage future disruption.
This session will introduce you to four key priorities for HR leaders in the new COVID Economy:
Ensuring that your organisation has the mindset and focus to look beyond the immediate impacts of coronavirus
Supporting your organisation’s leaders and key staff to understand the new COVID Economy and the opportunities and risks it is revealing
Providing opportunity for your organisation to develop the skills required to understand and make the most of on-going disruption within the new COVID Economy
Activating all people in your organisation to take on an ‘I am Strategist’ approach to their future skills, work and job-role
By the conclusion of this session, as an HR leader, you will have gained significant insight into what else you could be doing to ensure that your organisation is ready to make the most of the opportunities and risks that the new COVID Economy is revealing.
