Working through COVID-19: AHRI HR Toolkit
It is an unusual time for business. Many employees are now working remotely, some for the first time. We are seeing whole virtual teams in operation, some teams office based or a mixture of both. Inclusion will be a critical enabler of success. This webinar will explore practical strategies, tips and behaviours, to manage virtual teams and team meetings inclusively.
Speaker: Dr Jacqui Abbott FCPHR, Director, Jacqui Abbott Consulting Pty Ltd
Jacqui has extensive experience working across industries: in corporate roles at Allens, Shell, Orica, Arthur Andersen, EY, Grant Thornton; consulting partnerships at NBN and Newcrest Mining; and smaller consulting assignments in top 100 companies where she has created cultures that are supportive of diversity and inclusion.
She was an elected board member of the Diversity Council Australia between 2012-2016 and remains on the research committee. The research for her PhD explored the latest thinking related to management and employee perspectives of work-life benefits in large multinational organisations, with specific reference to flexibility.
