Join Scott Paine CPHR, Director, Work Science as he moderates a panel of senior WHS professionals from leading Australian organisations on a discussion about the practical implementation of COVID Safe Plan and what each organisation is doing to safely transition its workforce back on-site.

This discussion will address:

Moderator: Scott Paine CPHR, Director, Work Science

An experienced HSE, risk management professional and certified HR practitioner (CPHR), Scott has held senior roles in leading consultancies and led the health and safety function in high risk industries. Scott has undertaken many health and safety projects for ASX listed companies, Commonwealth and State Government, various SMEs and understands strategy, systems, leadership, culture and change management.
  

Panel Member: Pete Hayes, General Manager Health and Safety, SKYCITY Entertainment Group

Pete is the Group General Manager Health & Safety SKYCITY Entertainment Group, and is responsible for the ongoing development and management of the WHS Strategy, Safety management systems, safety operations and safety change across its Australian and New Zealand operations.

Panel Member: Penny Joseph, Head of Resilience and Climate Change Adaptation, Sydney Water

 

Panel Member: Sarah Ingram, Director Governance, Defence Housing Australia

Sarah leads the WHS team at DHA and plays a key role in its COVID-19 response team. DHA provides quality housing and related services to Australian Defence Force members and their families. DHA is a Commonwealth Government Business Enterprise with an $11 billion residential property portfolio and almost 18,000 properties under management across Australia.
