COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES

COVID-19 has presented a need now more than ever for HR/leaders to support their people in a way that sustains wellbeing.

With a sharp increase in mental health assistance requests, it is imperative that workplaces put in place proactive mental health and wellbeing initiatives that build consistent leadership capability.

Providing a review of emerging leadership practice, this webinar unpacks the unique context of this transition and the key skills and knowledge required to support it well.

An understanding of the key psychosocial hazards are also discussed along with practical strategies and resources to support micro-steps that create lasting change.

Guidance for establishing care and support into the future will also be discussed as we continue to navigate the ongoing transitions of COVID-19.
