COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES
In this webinar Thilan will share techniques, tips and strategies on how to speak up in a way that other people can hear you, even if you are shy and hate confrontation.
She will show you step-by-step models on how to prepare yourself and how to have a difficult conversation in your workplace and beyond.
You'll walk away from this webinar feeling confident and empowered to address any important issue with any person instead of avoiding communication and allowing issues to fester.
