Do you feel like you have been shoved into a space where you literally have to juggle children, family and work while trying to keep professional and unsure how long the rubber band of resilience will actually last?

Charlotte Thaarup, in collaboration with Synergy Global, presents Finding Calm amidst the Chaos - Science-based practical tools and insights for more calm and contentment.

Topics covered include:

  • "Not knowing" and "Out of control" anxiety and how we are coping
  • Stress assessment and stress indicators
  • Neuroscience
  • Mindfulness; what it is and how it works, the research
  • Finding and knowing your inner anchor for calm
