Working through COVID-19: AHRI HR Toolkit
‘We are what we repeatedly do.’ This quote by Aristotle is so true in a crisis. In times of adversity, an organisation’s long-term credibility is defined by what they do and how they act. Recent research indicates that peoples’ trust in organisations during a crisis is defined by the level of care and empathy we demonstrate.
An HR executive or team should play a critical role in defining the level of care and empathy of a crisis response and making sure decisions in this area are implemented effectively. During the webinar, David will provide an overview of some critical steps to take and also provide some research that demonstrates the financial impact of getting it right or wrong.
He will challenge your thinking about how we may traditionally respond to an incident or crisis?
