COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES
As HR professionals in the workplace, how we think about and talk about people really matters.
People are resourceful humans not just human resources. Employees are to be valued with inherent dignity – we are not just valuable assets to be utilised.
Without trying to summarise his 309-page thesis, in this webinar, Greg Latemore will share some of the findings from his recent PhD in HRM.
This webinar has three objectives. If you join, you will be able to:
- Define what is a ‘person’ (in terms of Jacques Maritain’s philosophy);
- Identify and explore three narratives within the HRM discourse (the strategic, the humanistic, and the personalistic);
- Propose some implications of a ‘person-centred HRM'.
Speaker: Greg Latemore CAHRI, Director, Latemore Consulting
