COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES

The AHRI Diversity and Inclusion Maturity Model is a bespoke tool developed by the AHRI Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Panel to assist organisations in determining the level of D&I maturity within an organisation while also providing the steps and resources to further progress this maturity.

Join HR and Diversity and Inclusion leaders Michelle Phipps and Chris Lamb as they discuss how this model can help you progress D&I in your organisation - whatever your starting point.

Speaker: Dr Michelle Phipps FCPHR, Group Head of Talent, Learning and Inclusion, Coca-Cold Amatil

Dr Michelle Phipps is currently Group Head of Talent, Learning and Inclusion at Coca-Cola Amatil, an ASX Top 100 company. She also serves as a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute D&I Advisory Committee.

Before joining Amatil, Michelle was Vice President of HR Asia Pacific for Brown-Forman Global Spirits. She was on the Board of the Australian Drinks Association and Committee Member for its Women in Drinks and HRD Forum and also served as a NED on the Board of AusDance NSW. Before Brown-Forman, Michelle was HR Director ANZ for the Kellogg Company, HR GM for Coles Supermarkets NSW and spent nine years early on in her career in Retail Sales and Store Management at David Jones.

Speaker: Chris Lamb FCPHR, HR Executive and Diversity & Inclusion leader

Chris Lamb is currently working with a number of organisations in an advisory capacity on projects including; HR Strategy, CEO Succession, Diversity & Inclusion, Crisis Management as well as Executive Coaching. Prior to this, Chris spent 12 years at Lendlease and served at different times as the HR Director - Australia, Global Head of Organisational Development and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

Chris is an Advisory Committee member of The University of New South Wales’ Australian Human Rights Institute and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Diversity & Inclusion Reference Panel. In 2015 Chris received AHRI’s Diversity Champion Award. From 2010-2019 Chris served as a Non-Executive Director of Diversity Council Australia, and during that time was also a member of the Pride in Diversity (PiD) Advisory Board.
