COVID-19 WEBINAR SERIES
In this session, Dr Kalfa will present the findings of her study that explored how HR leaders navigated the pandemic.
Drawing on 42 in-depth interviews with HR leaders conducted between April and September 2020, Senia will provide examples put in place to maintain safety, productivity and engagement in Australian businesses.
The session will also provide some recommendations on how to navigate these key considerations in the foreseeable future.
Dr Senia Kalfa, Senior Lecturer, Department of Management, Macquarie Business School
Senia is an experienced qualitative researcher, her main interests are return to work and employee voice. She teaches a range of topics in Macquarie University’s Global MBA (GMBA) and in the Bachelor of Business Leadership & Commerce.
