Working on Wellness


This session will showcase the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety’s award-winning Working on Wellness program, which incorporates mental health and other wellbeing initiatives.

Attendees will learn about the background to the program, how and why it was developed, what kinds of strategies and events are included and what effects it has had. The session will be engaging for HR professionals with an interest in workplace mental health and wellbeing and any organisation looking to do more in this space.
