Transforming HR in a Digital Age
Digital disruption is everywhere and HR
professionals have been front and center in
managing the workplace transition through
change management and right sizing. HR as
a profession is not immune to digital disruption.
For over 15 years we have seen the removal of
unnecessary paperwork and enjoyed online self
service functions for on boarding, recruitment,
employee/manager workflow, and reporting.
We are only at the start of a journey towards
employees and managers having anytime,
anyplace access to information via multiple
Virtual teams, remote
workplaces and 24/7 access to information are
only some of the compelling factors driving an
expectation of self service and autonomy in the
workplace. This session will look to inform the
audience of what’s available, what’s possible,
and some of the technology already available in the market.
