Pit falls of software selection & adoption - how to avoid a monumental stuff up!

It is well documented that over 50% of all system adoption programs fail. This figure is likely to be higher in HR System adoption programs and even more projects never get to see the light of day. In this session Craig Baker - Managing Director of HR Lead shares what he believes are the reason for this high failure rate and why HR gets little traction on their Tech initiatives. He will provide suggestions on what HR professionals need to do differently to have greater success in this area.

A must for any HR professional struggling with their current HR Technology (or lack thereof), struggling to get their project approved or simply does not know where to start in selecting and adopting technology that is right for their business.

Speaker: Craig Baker, Managing Director, HR Lead - Maximising HR Tech potential

Craig established HR Lead to bring a fresh approach to managing HR system change initiatives. Driving the development of a system selection and implementation governance tool called Skopes, Craig’s passion is to ensure HR professionals have the right skills and tools to select, implement and adopt technology successfully and avoid the pitfalls commonly encountered. Craig and HR Lead guide companies through this complex whilst process whilst staying vendor impartial.

Prior to establishing HR Lead, Craig held senior HR Roles with Rio Tinto including Global Head of Recruitment and Talent where he lead a team of over 100 people to deliver operational requirements globally as well as several projects including recruitment system implementation and offshoring activities.
