WA Midwest Metro Hybrid Network Forum
Companies are shrinking their workforces; at the same time the number of HR Management roles is predicted to grow significantly over the next five years. On top of that we have a pandemic to contend with! What is going on and what does it mean for employee wellbeing and organisational performance?
Ben will take a pragmatic look at how the ‘future of work’ is affecting us right now. By drawing on the latest evidence, Ben will share information about the links between employee wellbeing, the talent ecosystem, workplace inclusion, as well as flexible and remote working practices during COVID and beyond. In so doing, Ben will discuss the ‘big themes’ while offering some practical suggestions to keep wellbeing at the forefront of leadership efforts.
Ben will provide you with evidence for your business case, noting that while all other elements of work are in flux, maintaining a focus on workforce wellbeing is an effective strategy for maintaining performance and continuity.
This hybrid forum event will be held in person in Geraldton WA with attendees also able to dial in to view the presentation.
Local attendees will be able to network with other local attendees and partake in a light breakfast prior to the session, with thanks to sponsors, Geraldton Universities Centre.
