Maintaining Mental Wellness – Learning to Thrive, not Survive
We need to look after our mental safety in the same way as we look after physical safety in the workplace. We need to provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the mind as well as our bodies.
Our mind is a critical asset when working in HR or in leadership roles, and we need to invest and look after it to ensure we are able to Thrive not just survive, day to day.
This session will help you to:
• Understand how to manage and regulate your own energy.
• Understand the need for positive physical and mental well being.
• Be able to identify when you and others are experiencing stress and conflict.
• Know the personal and business cost of mental ill health.
