The Science of Leadership Development: Avoid Spending Big Money on Programs that Do Not Work.
Despite the variety of approaches, models, and programs available to develop leaders and billions of dollars spent annually on leadership development globally, the evidence remains scarce whether this spending is producing better, more capable leaders.
This is not to say that leadership development programs are not effective. However, their effectiveness depends on understanding how, when, why, and for whom leadership development programs work.
In this presentation, latest research evidence will be explored and discussed with the aim of equipping HR professionals with better knowledge and skills in developing or sourcing leadership development initiatives for their organisations.
This forum is suitable for:
HR Practitioners of all career levels and roles.
