Mature Aged Employment

In this session Christine Allen will cover what a good ‘mature age employment policy’ looks like from the perspective of both the employer and the employee. As CEO of Council on the Ageing Western Australian she will share her perspective on this important topic.
 

Christine Allen, CEO, COTA WA

Christine has worked in the not for profit sector since 2001. Her experience has been specifically in peak bodies with executive roles in Finance, General Management and as a Managing Director. She joined Council on The Ageing WA as the CEO in March 2019. She has previously worked in the industries of aged care and business tourism.
