In this session you’ll hear from Emma Frazer, a certified practitioner with the Elephant Rider franchise in the use of the Emotional Culture Deck.

Emma will provide an overview of the product and a quick workshop to showcase the use of the tool in supporting HR and organisational development practitioners in building and developing leaders and teams’ emotional intelligence.
