Improving Performance Conversations

Has your organisation’s performance management process become a compliance exercise rather than a valuable opportunity to support employee growth, engagement and productivity?

This session will provide strategies for HR leaders, people managers, and employees to better give, ask and receive feedback that improves individual and organisational outcomes.

Speaker: Christine Bau, Principal, People Focused

Christine Bau is the founder of People Focused, a HR consultancy firm specialising in brain savvy performance management.

A highly experienced practitioner and accredited coach, Christine has spent the last 15 years working across all facets of HR. With a passion for understanding how the brain processes feedback, and a belief that clear expectations and quality conversations drive employee engagement and productivity, Christine focuses on re-engineering the performance management process.
