VIC Not-for-profit Online Forum
The COVID-19 pandemic has put Australian charities and not-for-profit (NFP) entities at risk. Donor fatigue, government funding cuts, reduced fundraising capability and volunteer shortages due to social distancing policies have put strain on the sector and disrupted their ability to provide their usual services to the community they serve.
This informal online forum will explore the experience of various not-for-profit organisations over 2020. There will be the opportunity to network in small groups in breakout rooms with other not-for-profit employees.
This session will provide opportunities to discuss the challenges, opportunities and surprises that the COVID-19 situation presented, as well as looking forward with optimism to what 2021 may bring.
