This session will focus on assisting HR Professionals and Managers to recognise conflict and give tools and strategies on how to assist individuals and teams resolve conflict.
Creating workplace harmony leads to strong performance, reduces workplace stress and reflects directly on the organisation’s productivity. This engaging and entertaining session will focus on building understanding and skills in important areas such as empathy, optimism, self-reliance and self-awareness.

Catherine Gillespie is an International authority speaker having delivered keynote addresses since 2012 throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. With a passion for workplace harmony, Catherine focuses on leadership issues that can be difficult and problematic for any organisation. Catherine is also a qualified Workplace Trainer, Nationally Accredited Advanced Mediator and Senior Experienced Workplace Investigator.
She empowers teams and managers to adopt constructive and ethical communication and interaction styles. Catherine brings an holistic, mindful and curious approach such that she is able to recognise systemic issues underlying workplace issues and advise on employee relations, human resources, leadership and other factors that impact on harmony, productivity, culture, performance and progress in the workplace.
