What does a mentally healthy workplace look like?
In todays environment we know mental health is fast becoming one of the biggest challenges for employers to manage. During this hybrid event Tanya Heaney-Voogt will share with great insights into what employers can do to take a proactive approach to creating a mentally healthy workplace.
The session will include quick, simple and low-cost steps employers can take to get started and discuss how culture plays a big part in the psychological safety of the organisation.

Once dubbed the “Culture Queen”, Tanya has long held a passion for creating safe and fun workplaces in which to spend our time.
Tanya believes you can balance task and people, and that mentally healthy workplaces are not at the expense of productivity, but rather, are enablers of it.
Tanya helps leaders to develop mentally healthy workplaces through a range of targeted programs and consultancy services.
Her successful Cracking the Change Code program has helped leaders transform their workplaces through culture change; equity, diversity and inclusion; and service redesign projects.
Based in regional Victoria she is passionate about supporting regional and remote workplaces and is a long time AHRI member, and former AHRI Gippsland Committee member.
