Great leadership is the difference between a positive workplace or a toxic one. At the age of 23 Troy became responsible for managing a dysfunctional team, without the tools or understanding on how to develop a positive team culture.
Over the past 10 years he's continued to learn and develop his leadership to get the best out of individuals and teams for them to reach their potential.
