Philip Brewin leads the Litigation and Workplace Relations Law Practice Group at Nevett Ford Lawyers and is an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations.
Philip provides commercial litigation, employment and workplace relations legal advice to individuals and our corporate clients with a focus on assessment and risk management. He is also highly experienced in mediation as well as Occupational Health and Safety matters.

Adam is the Founding Principal of WestmoreJacobs Workplace Law. He helps employers deal with litigation and difficult workplace relations issues through cost effective, thorough and high quality legal services.
Speaker: Sarah Rey, Managing Partner, Justitia
Sarah’s principal practice areas span human resources law, employment and discrimination advice and litigation, arbitrating Code of Conduct breaches, workplace legal training and investigations into employee misconduct and bullying. Her clients are in the government, professional/legal services, education and retail sectors.
As a trained mediator, Sarah has a particular interest in early intervention to resolve conflict.
Sarah is also a director of the US Association of Workplace Investigators and the co-convenor of the Australian chapter, which has been recently established.
Sarah is a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne, co-lecturing in a Masters subject on investigation and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Centre of Employment and Labour Relations Law at the University of Melbourne.
In 2018, Sarah was recognised by the prestigious Doyle’s Guide as one of Victoria’s leading employer-focused Victorian employment lawyers.
