Being Human

Join Mark LeBusque for an interactive two hour Experience based on his very successful Human Manager program. Create high levels of employee engagement, tap into the magic of discretionary effort and drive up business outcomes and results. Mark will share tips from his ‘live’ experiment that has now become a much sought after Management program globally.

Speaker: Mark LeBusque, Human Provocateur,

Mark LeBusque is a Harvard trained consultant who works with both individuals and organisations to unlock their human potential, with a specific focus on building the leadership capabilities and their human skills such as self-awareness, resilience, empathy and vulnerability.

Organisation’s engage Mark when the truth has gone missing, individuals and teams are working below their potential and there is a need to bring a more human approach to their business. Mark has the ability to create an environment where the conversations that really matter can happen. It is what he calls "duality" or an ability to create enough tension whilst allowing participants to feel safe to speak their truth.

Mark has two decades of experience in the business world as a successful leader in sales, operational, human resources and general management roles. Invaluable knowledge gained from this has been fundamental in his founding of and the development of his coaching, workshop facilitation and consulting business. He uniquely combines human led management with his technical expertise, making his approach relevant and flexible for all; from individuals to smaller businesses and corporates.

Mark has an incredible ability to make pointed and incisive interventions into human interactions where the truth has gone missing. Let’s call it cutting through the bull dust. His second gift is an unwavering belief that people matter most and that we have forgotten how to be human in a machine-like system. Mark published his book BEING HUMAN - Why Robots Are Not the Answer to Business Success in 2017 and has received high praise for his no-nonsense common sense approach to Human Management.
