Mentally Healthy Workplace - WorkSafe WorkWell Program
This Session will focus on providing attendees with an overview of WorkSafes WorkWell Program and the benefits of the program for Victorian employers. In addition, attendees will be informed about the value of the program and the outcomes resulting from the trial currently being undertaken across WorkSafe itself.
The WorkWell Program provides employers with practical resources, funding and networking opportunities to prevent mental injury and promote mentally healthy Victorian Workplaces.
In addition, the WorkWell Program provides a WorkWell Toolkit which is a voluntary online tool containing a step-by-step approach to help employers to promote a mentally healthy workplace and prevent mental injury through access to tailored and relevant research tools and information.
