It will assist HR Professionals and Managers to recognise conflict and give tools and strategies on how to facilitate individuals and teams to resolve conflict.
Creating workplace harmony leads to strong performance, reduces workplace stress and reflects directly on the organisation’s productivity. This engaging and entertaining session will focus on building understanding and skills in important areas such as empathy, optimism, self-reliance and self-awareness.
