Join Kim Dillon as he shares his insights into managing performance through disruption.

This workshop style event will specifically look at having your processes current and known to employees, considerations regarding mental health through managing performance, recognition and celebrations of success and tools you can take back to your Managers when having challenging conversations with employees.

Speaker: Kim Dillon, People & Development Manager, Vos Construction

Kim commenced his HR career with Houston’s Farm and then moved to a Senior HR Advisor with Hazell Bros Group for almost 8 years. He played a significant project lead role in the organisation becoming an Employer of Choice in 2008.

Kim also spent time in HR leadership roles with the Tasmanian State Government, Australian Red Cross (Humanitarian) and Westfarmers over the next 7 years. In 2016, Kim joined the Vos Group as their State Human Resources Manager.

The diversity of industries has given Kim a wealth of experience and exposure both at a state, national and international level, which included such projects as leading a large restructure of over 800 employees, development and implementation of Emerging Leader Programs and leading organisational change programs.
