In the era of digital transformation, organisations often make the mistake of embarking on very expensive large-scale technology-led transformation efforts only to see these efforts fail or significantly slowed by the more static nature of human systems (eg. Culture, Leadership, Talent etc.). In this keynote, Nicole will discuss the acceleration of transformation efforts through the intentional prioritisation of human-centred systems, such as the organisation’s talent footprint, future-focused leadership practices and workplace culture. Nicole will share with us some of her key learnings in working in human centred transformational change for large corporates, most recently her experience as Head of People & Culture for IBM Australia and New Zealand, where she led an organisation-wide Culture Transformation. IBM A/NZ’s transformation journey was underpinned by the deliberate and explicit change of IBM’s talent profile and leadership expectations. Please come armed with your questions for Nicole, or feel free to send them through to Suellen Taylor in advance of our session.
