In this webinar, Rachel will discuss the joys and challenges of flexible work. She will show you an effective way of structuring conversations about flexibility, and share techniques to facilitate meaningful dialogue that improves performance, clarity, and satisfaction.

You will walk away feeling more confident to initiate conversations, respond to requests or concerns, and follow up and review flexible working arrangements.

Speaker: Rachel Connor, Director, Connor Consulting Group Pty Ltd

Rachel is an experienced coach and facilitator, who works with individuals and teams to improve engagement, performance, and satisfaction.

Rachel provides individual and team coaching, creating an environment where clients can explore new approaches, perspectives and behaviours. Her work includes coaching employees newly appointed to leadership positions, employees returning from parental leave or transitioning to retirement

Rachel facilitates workshops on topics including creating respectful working environments, implementing workplace flexibility, and improving team collaboration and communication. A trained mediator, Rachel also facilitates conversations between staff experiencing conflict.

Experienced across a range of industries including health, education, manufacturing, government, and the not for profit sector, Rachel holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Melbourne University; Bachelor of Business, Swinburne University; Bachelor of Arts, Swinburne University.

Rachel is a member of the International Coaching Federation, AHRI and the Equal Employment Opportunity Network.
