Speaker: Jan De Visch, Managing Director, Connect & Transform (Belgium)
Jan is also an Executive Professor at Flanders Business School. He co-creates systems of work and systems of change by working directly with teams and is an experienced senior executive, both on a strategic and an operational level, with a strong track record in human capital management, developing, driving change management and turn-around projects.
As well as his latest book he authored with Otto Laske called Practices of Dynamic Collaboration: A dialogical approach to strengthening collaborative intelligence in teams, he is also author of Dynamic Collaboration (2018), The Vertical Dimension (2010) and Leadership: Mind(s) Creating Value(s) 2014 as well as creator of the Dynamic Collaboration App and The Re-Thinking Game.
