Business transformation using Wilber’s ‘Integral Framework: The four perspectives required for genuine transformation

Join international organisational transformation consultant Brent Sheridan, who works to effect deep and lasting change in individuals and organisations.

He will present on:

• Why transformation often fails and the challenge of working in a complex, adapting (organisational) system.

• How he uses the four quadrants (4Q) framework pioneered by Ken Wilber along with his experience in Gestalt (individual and group process) and Adult Development theory to create real transformation in people and enterprises.

• A guided practice applying Wilber’s 4Q framework to one of your existing work programs.

“Working at a deep and personal level with individuals, and with the organisational culture and systems at the same time is often a surprise for people. They tell me at first it seems too much, too big or too risky. But when they see relationships and culture starting to shift, when people begin to have the real conversations about what is and what is not working, they realise that this is the right way and the only way of doing this sort of business transformation work. ‘If you are going to do it, you have to do it all together and all at once.’" – Brent Sheridan

Speaker: Brent Sheridan, Principal & Owner, brentsheridan.com

Brent has been developing his OD practice since 1998, delivering business transformation work in Europe, North America, and Australasia. He has worked as both internal and external consultant in Mining and Metals, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Energy, Health, and Not-for-Profit sectors. He founded brentsheridan.com in 2013.
