Building a Coaching Culture For Change Management
The International Coach Federation SA Branch, together with the Australian Human Resources Institute’s ODD, L&D and HR in Government Networks, are delighted to announce the first joint AHRI-ICFA event in SA.
This presentation is designed for HR, OD and L&D professionals who are being asked by their businesses to help drive organisational change, as well as professional coaches. It will share the key findings from the latest global joint study from the Human Capital Institute and the International Coach Federation ‘Building a Coaching Culture for Change Management'. The study has found that leaders and HR/OD/L&D professionals rate coaching as the most effective way to support successful change management initiatives.
The presenters will address the key elements organisations need to consider when building coaching cultures, how this helps drive effective organisational change, and provide ideas on how to gain executive buy-in for coaching culture programs. They will bring all of this to life with real-world examples from the Australian market.
Don't miss this opportunity to meet and discuss coaching with Coaches and Human Resource professionals from organisations across SA.
