Organisational Design: Ideas, Case Studies and Sacred Cows
Join us to hear organisational futurist and business agility expert Pete Holliday, share his latest thinking on the organisational designs required to be fit and viable in a complex and uncertain environment.
You’ll receive lessons learned from the field as Pete works through case studies of his own consulting experience, as well as perhaps feeling somewhat challenged as he deals with some sacred cows of the ODD profession.
