Building Cultural Capability – Part 2
Part 2 of this series focuses on the ‘how’ of Building Cultural Capability, using a case study to better understand how you can implement this type of initiative in the workplace, what frameworks can be used and how to design and implement them within your own organisation.
We will provide a case study of an organisation who has been on this journey and discuss some of their key learnings from both their challenges and successes.
This session is ideal for L&D, OD and D&I professionals or HR professionals that have this function within their role and for anyone wanting to increase their knowledge in this area.
