Building Cultural Capability – Part 1
This two-part series explores the foundational concepts and frameworks needed for Building Cultural Capability.
Part 1 explores what is Cultural Capability? Why is it important? It delves into the key concepts behind cultural awareness, unconscious bias, diversity & inclusion and cultural safety in the workplace from an L&D perspective.
This presentation will be interactive, professionally facilitated with opportunity for plenty of discussion on these concepts. It is ideal for L&D, OD and D&I professionals or HR professionals that have these functions within their role and anyone wanting to increase their knowledge in this area.
