Our Journey Towards Best Practice Attraction, Recruitment And Remuneration

What attracts you to a job or organisation? Are you purely motivated by remuneration or intrinsic reasons? Would you ever consider withdrawing your application during the recruitment process because of poor practices?

As HR professionals these are the questions we need to be asking ourselves as we provide workplace recommendations to optimise attraction, recruitment and remuneration.

Attend this session and you will gain insights from HR industry experts around best practice attraction, recruitment and remuneration. Their extensive and long term experience, both combined and in their own right, will lead to learnings and informed recommendations as to how HR professionals can provide successful solutions to their workplace.

This event is open to HR professionals at all levels and from any industry, or anyone interested in optimising their organisational attraction, recruitment and remuneration.

MC: Marisa Fyfe, Human Dynamics Consulting

Supporting organisations lead transformation with people in mind, Marisa has consulted across federal, and state, government jurisdictions, and private sector organisations, to design and implement New Ways of Working.

By creating systematic approaches to how people (capabilities and capacity), business processes and technology can be leveraged, organised, changed and /or continually improved to support changing work priorities and innovation, Marisa helps organisations ‘get ready’ for the future of work.

Working within challenging and dynamic environments that are characterised by increased demands for flexibility, responsiveness and performance improvement; a greater emphasis on innovation and service delivery; skills shortages in critical areas; technological transformation at rapid pace; and requirements to contain operating cost; as a HR professional, Marisa understand that at the heart of tackling these challenges is Talent.
