Ever since its release, the lyrics to 'The Times They Are a Changin’ have been synonymous with the lasting message of change. The last major change in Industrial Relations happened a decade ago with the introduction of the Fair Work Act 2009 and depending on the outcome of the upcoming Federal election, change will be upon us again.
Tony Macolino will explore the potential IR landscape for business and give HR and Business leaders practical advice to ensure they have an Industrial Relations Strategy that enables business objectives to be met.

Prior to establishing TonyMac Consulting, Tony held Leadership HR and IR roles at Coca-Cola Amatil including, Head of Human Resources – Workplace Relations. Tony brings together a unique set of skills, which combine the Strategic IR thinking, sharp financial acumen, effective negotiation skills and engaging workshop facilitation skills to deliver benchmark Enterprise Agreement outcomes for business.
Coupled with his significant business experience, Tony is the holder of a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Education and is also a member of AHRI (CAHRI) and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
