Creating a ‘Call it Out’ Culture
Lucinda Hewitson, CEO of Diversity Inclusion, will share knowledge and insights into the world of creating more respectful workplaces free of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination in the wake of #metoo. Lucinda will share more about the Diversity Inclusion Call It Out Program and will be joined by Ben Pudney, General Manager Supply Chain at ASC Pty Ltd and Chris O’Sullivan, Occupational Health, Welfare and Training Manager at Coopers Brewery Pty Ltd. These organisations will share their journey towards a Call It Out Culture, along with Australian wide research into inappropriate behaviours at work.
HR practitioners and managers in general will benefit from this event, as Diversity Inclusion provides a fresh approach to tackling the very costly and resource hungry issues of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination at work. They will also gain insights into other SA based organisations and their experience with creating a Call It Out Culture.
