In the wake of COVID-19 we are all impacted in some way. We have all experienced stress during the pandemic. Join this online session to hear from OutsideIn Groups’ Lead Consultant and provisional psychologist about what stress looks like, feels like, what you might hear people saying and some tips on how to respond.
You will get to hear about innovative ways to measure and improve your resilience, wellbeing and how to take care of yourself and understand your own signs of when stress is taking over. The session will include a presentation, Q&A and small group discussions.

Speaker: Jess Gysin-Webster, Lead Consultant, OutsideIn Group
Jess is a provisionally registered psychologist with a passion for the areas of wellbeing and neuroscience. She is skilled in assisting organisations to make significant changes in creating a healthier, happier and more capable workforce. She believes in approaching these challenges collaboratively, drawing on the expertise of others to be able to provide a fresh perspective and delivering innovative solutions to organisations.
Prior to consulting Jess spent several years in various managerial and administrative/HR roles across a wide range of industries. She has also worked in Zurich, Switzerland and is fluent in Swiss German.
