The 2019 summer season has seen unprecedented events in Australia’s history, from record temperatures, dry heat and bushfires, these events have had an impact across multiple industries. As Safety and HR professionals we have an obligation to consider the implications of workers during disasters.

Tatjana (TJ) Phillips is also the owner, an Auditor and Training Facilitator for "Complete QHSE Management". She hails from an extensive background of Occupational Health and Safety assessment, workplace integration, auditing and training, making her a highly knowledgeable and deeply insightful workplace health and safety professional.
Over 25 years operational and strategic experience, across a plethora of industries.
She holds down multiple qualifications, including an OHSE Management Graduate Certificate (due for completion 2020), Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, an OHS Lead Auditor Diploma, a Quality Management Auditing Diploma, Assessment & Training Diploma, Rehab and Return to Work Coordination, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE that was refreshed in 2012, a Diploma in Project Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
TJ is also certified as a registered Exemplar Global OHS and Quality Auditor making her a highly-professional and knowledgeable manager and a keen and conscientious OHS practitioner and individual.
