Owning our emotions, learning from them and positively detaching from them enables us to build new positive behaviours and healthy wellbeing habits.
This session will:
• Introduce you to the science of emotional intelligence and the abilities you can develop
• Provide practical tools to help you observe, learn from and move on from emotions in order to build wellbeing
• Deepen your understanding of the relationship between emotional intelligence and mindfulness
Please note this forum is being run twice to accommodate individual availability. The first session will run on Wed 10 Jun at 12pm.
