QLD Townsville Network
It’s easy to have a strategy, but it won’t succeed if you have no plan to deliver it.
In organisations, all to often the go-to solution to deliver change is ‘to do some training’ and then everyone’s surprised when nothing actually changes!
To deliver effective and sustainable change we need to identify the critical behaviours that our people need to change or start demonstrating.
In this session, Nick Swiatczak-Steele (Principal, Organisational Development at Townsville Hospital and Health Service) will share real examples of how to use Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels to deliver organisational change.
This forum is suitable for:
HR Practitioners of all career levels and roles.
