QLD Townsville Network

Through observation we can deepen our understanding of what emotions tell us about our values, beliefs and the things we find meaningful.

Owning our emotions, learning from them and positively detaching from them enables us to build new positive behaviours and healthy wellbeing habits.

This session will:
 • Introduce you to the science of emotional intelligence and the abilities you can develop
 • Provide practical tools to help you observe, learn from and move on from emotions in order to build wellbeing
 • Deepen your understanding of the relationship between emotional intelligence and mindfulness

Please note this forum is being run twice to accommodate individual availability. The second session will run on Thu 11 Jun at 9am.

This forum is suitable for:

HR Practitioners of all career levels in all role types.
