Strategic Workforce Planning and Key Labour Market Data
There is a growing interest in improving workforce planning and workforce development across industry and business. This is especially the case where businesses struggle to meet the demands of growth, a rapidly changing environment and the competition for skilled labour. Accessing recently released industry and occupation demand data and stepping through strategic workforce planning methods will provide the foundations to have insights into the future and what you need to do now to proactively anticipate your workforce needs.
This session will provide an overview of strategic workforce planning considerations and key labour market data sources that will provide organisations a foundational base on which to make key workforce decisions.
