Australia is starting to roll out COVID-19 vaccinations. With some organisations suggesting that vaccinations may be a requirement for employment, it is critical to plan for what the vaccination might mean for your workforce.
If the pandemic has taught us anything, it is to expect the unexpected and be prepared for everything to be on the table.
In this workshop style forum, we will work through key challenges and barriers that you will come up against in your workplace and develop ideas to overcome them. The workshop will focus on how HR can proactively engage and positively influence the workforce to get the best outcome for your consumers.
