Vanderfield's Employee Benefits & Attraction and Retention
This forum will give HR Professionals an opportunity to learn about what Employee Benefits and what that does for Culture, Attraction and Retention for staff especially in rural and remote areas.
We will cover why this came about, what to expect, what Vanderfield did to source the program, set up and roll out of the benefits scheme and data on the use of the scheme, 12 months after implementation.
Speaker: Jackie Doyle, HR Manager, Vanderfield
Jackie began her career in her home town of Longreach. After a few jobs, Jackie found a role in an area which is still her passion – employing apprentices and trainees.
Long stints in local government and apprenticeship training led to her joining agricultural machinery and truck company, Vanderfield.
Now at Vanderfield going on six years, Jackie started their HR department. She has implemented many surveys, benefit and recruitment initiatives, HR policies and processes for the 400 staff, including the 70 apprentices she also coordinates.
