Business and HR Leaders - Who's leading?
How do you build and determine credible HR leadership in organisations? HR professionals and their organisational leaders are invited to develop an understanding of where HR sits in terms of the overall organisational leadership. Find out about Certified HP Practitioner pathways and meet CPHR members or those undertaking the process.
The forum will be set up into discussion groups with selected regional business leaders allocated to each group to lead a discussion facilitated by an AHRI regional committee member. Each business leader will be presented with a challenging question on where HR fits into their organisational leadership and will address the question to the whole forum. The discussion groups can then consider the response and how it compares to their own organisation, whilst contributing their experience.
There will be opportunities to network for both business leaders and HR professionals throughout the forum with attendees encouraged to move between discussion groups. Register your senior organisational leader/s and bring them along. It will be challenging, thought provoking and rewarding for everyone.
